Do all plans include every feature?
Yes. Shared inboxes, assignment, internal comments, tags, statuses, real-time collaboration, RBAC and audit visibility are on every plan. Plans differ only by seats, inboxes and volume.
What counts as an "email"?
Each inbound message you receive and each outbound reply you send counts towards your monthly email volume.
What happens if I go over my limits?
Email volume and storage above your plan are metered, so you're never abruptly cut off mid-month. You can also upgrade at any time for a higher included allowance.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. Bring your own verified domain on any plan and send from your real addresses, with per-domain DKIM for strong deliverability.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes apply to your seats, inboxes and included volume.
Is my data secure?
Mailroom is Cloudflare-native with tenant-isolated storage, server-side RBAC, sanitised HTML rendering, signed attachment URLs and rate limiting throughout.
