- Admin — manage users, inboxes and domains; view all inboxes; configure settings.
- Member — read shared inboxes, reply, assign, comment and manage tags & status.
- Read Only — read inboxes, search and view audit history.
Every meaningful action is recorded in the audit log, so admins and reviewers can always see who did what and when.
